Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- $500 Security Deposit for all weekly rentals. $500 deposit will secure your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in. Deposit will be returned soon after check-out, minus the cleaners fee of $75. Any reservations made within 30 days, require credit card payment and a 3% surcharge.
Check in time is anytime after 3pm
Check out time in no later than 11am. - Cancellations....Sorry no refunds, unless we rent it for the same price agreed to. $100 cancellation fee applies.
