Lake Luzerne Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $500 Security Deposit for all weekly rentals. $250 for Weekends. Cleaning fee of $75. 50% of Rental fee due immediately to secure reservation. Rental balance, security deposit and cleaning fee due 3 weeks prior to Check -In. Check-in Friday after 3pm Check-out Friday before 11am for weekly rentals. Weekend rentals- Check-in Friday after 3pm, Check-out Sunday before 12 noon.
- Cancellations....Sorry no refunds, unless we rent it for the same price agreed to. $100 cancellation fee applies.
