Local Attractions: Some local attractions: TGO Golf/RV Resort, Canaveral National Park, Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa Beach, Air Boat Rides. Only 50 minute drive to Disney World!
Security Deposit: Note there is a $300 security deposit. Check in time is 4PM on the day of check in and check out time is 11AM. Check in and out will be with an authorized representative of the owners. In the event check out is not completed with an authorized representative, the renter will be responsible for any damage or missing items that the authorized representative determines after a home inspection, within 48 hours of departure. Unfortunately there have been recent incidents of damage and linens missing which require us to take this extra step.
