  • A reservation/ damage deposit of $350 is due at time of booking. The rental fee is due 60 days prior to the start date. Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 10 am. Weekly changeovers are normally on Sunday.

    Security deposit will be refunded within two weeks post rental if the house is left clean and undamaged.
  • No smoking, partying, tents, camping or motor homes are allowed. The maximum occupants is 8 at any time during a stay. Pets are not allowed.
