Slaughter Beach Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 250..to 300..00 per night plus 75.00 cleaning fee security deposit required On line secure payment
- Affordable Rates Spring and Fall Discounts.lowest rate is 250 per night plus clean fee 100.
A Rental Deposit is required at time of reservation to hold the Rental Period. The reservation will not be considered final until the Rental Deposit has cleared the bank (in the case of a personal check). Owners will continue to offer the Rental Period for rent until the reservation is considered final. The 200.00 Deposit will refunded by method of orignal payment within 24 hours of checkout . The BALANCE OF RENT, along with the Security Deposit and Housekeeping Fee is due thirty (30) days before your check-in date.
We strongly recommend use of PayPal to place rental deposits to insure immediate locking of a desired time period.
A $200 security deposit is required in addition to the rental fee. This security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of check-out assuming all terms of the rental agreement are met.
