Hillman House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Full Summer season: May 15-Sept 15, $2500/mo plus utilities; Year round: $1500/mo plus utilities
- Free Golf: Applies to first four members of party; extra golfer passes are $20/day or $80/week. Golf carts: Optional Sun–Fri; Required on Saturday. $8 per person for 9 holes, $15 per person for 18 holes. Additional Courses: Monthly rental includes golf membership card which provides reduced rates at over a dozen other Northern Michigan courses; Housekeeping: $45/service (e.g. linen change during the week).
- $200 Security deposit required at time of reservation. Will be returned within one week of departure if no damage in unit. Cancellations prior to 30 days will receive full deposit minus $25. Cancellations within 30 days of reservation will receive deposit minus $100.
