Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Ironman and Christmas 10 day to 2 week minimum.
- Prices quoted are for up to 6 guests. Additional guests are $25/night per guest. There is a $350 cleaning fee. The Hawaiian tax rate of 13.42% is applied to the total rental cost and the cleaning fee. I also charge a refundable $500 security/breakage deposit, which I regularly return to guests.
Ironman/Christmas 10 day to 2 week minimum.
Reservation Deposit: 50% due to hold reservation,
remainder due 45 days prior to arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable unless property is re-rented to a subsequent tenant.
