I can organise transport to and from airport & this is around £10 per person from Heathrow which is great value
chauffer/transport during your stay
cook/cleaner - the above rates are for 6 people. additional people are charged at £25 per night per person . This additional cost also includes the cost of bedlinen & towels for the additional people. The cleaning charge would increase from £145 to £195 once it gets to 8-10 people and £250 for upto 12-16
At the weekend our rate for 2013 is £1500 for upto 8 people and £25 pppn for extra upto 16 .
If you want to use the Penthouse for a gathering,party or filming etc, You must ask permission from Robert the owner and get written authorisation prior to booking. the Rates would change.

THE PENTHOUSE IS SET UP PRIMARILY AS A FOUR DOUBLE BEDROOM PROPERTY BUT W ITH ADDITIONAL BEDS WE CAN SLEEP UPTO 14 The penthouse is 4 double bedrooms BUT there are also 2 double sofa beds & 2 single sofa beds which brings the number upto 14 people that can stay....we can also provide extra folding beds if you need upto 14 people ....All of our rates cater for upto 6 people. we charge £25 per person per night for all extra people.
