$100.00 per night throughout the year, (2 night minimum) $525.00 per week (7 days). Rent is due seven days before arrival. A damage/reservation deposit of $200.00 is also required to reserve cabin. The deposit is fully refundable within seven days of departure provided nothing is missing and no damage is done to the cabin or its contents above normal wear and tear. $50.00 non-refundable cleaning fee is required for each reservation. Please make payments in the form of cashier's check or personal check made payable to Adair Springs Investments, LLC.
