Monument House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 25% deposit is required on all stays less than 1 month to hold the reservation.
- If staying on a monthly basis, 1st months rent and security deposit is required. $150 utility deposit is required on all rentals. To be fair to all families, big and small, utilities are billed per what is used during the length of stay. Utilities include; cable/internet, electric, gas, and water/sewer. Water/sewer is billed @ $9.00/1000 gals. Gas is $10.00 / KWH. Electric is $10.00/KWH, and cable/internet is $40/WK plus whatever On Demand is used.
- Weekly rental rate is based on a 7 day, 6 night stay.
