Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Summer, Winter, Holiday Weekends .. $250/night (2 night minimum).
Off Season (Fall & Spring) ........ $200/night (2 night minimum).
Long term rental and rates available. Call for date availability.
Cleaning fee $100, $500 damage deposit (refundable after walk through).
50% of rental amount due upon booking; balance due 1 week prior to occupancy.
7 day notice for cancellation.
Check in at 3:00 pm/check out at 11:00 am.

Nearby activities include boating, jet skiing, swimming, fishing, hiking, golfing, bike riding, snowmobiling, snow skiing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, sledding and shopping just to name a few! This Majestic home is located on a large spacious lot covered with aspen and pine trees, local flora and fauna. Enjoy nature at its best with deer, elk, foxes, raccoons, chipmunks, squirrels, quail, hummingbirds that you can watch from the lovely outdoor deck.
