$50 per pet non-refundable Deposit
•$250 Deposit is required within 7 days after booking to hold reservation. This will initially hold your reservation, and will then become your security deposit after you move in. It will be refunded within 10 business days after you leave the property when there are no damages or excessive cleaning required. The deposit will be returned to you in through credit refund if paid by credit card, if paid by other than credit card a check will be issued to you.
