• An 11% villa accommodation tax is added to the bill for the government.
• Air conditioning is available at extra charge based on metered usage.
• Rates are based on an occupancy up to 4 people per suite.
• USA Check, Master Card and VISA are accepted.
• Wire transfers may be required for certain deals.
• 3:00 pm Check-in; 11:00 am Check-out.
• Housekeeping upon departure begins at 9:30 am on the day of departure.
• A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of deposit and completed form.
• Please check with us if you have special considerations. - We have only one villa but it can be rented in several configurations. Please check with the Owners for your individual requirements. Our rates range from $5600/week to $8000/week. We do consider last minute specials if we have availability! Please call us! We would love to have you stay with us!

- All baths are spacious and have plenty of room to hang wet towels and swimsuits! The outdoor shower is wonderful for rinsing the salt away! Our walk in showers are huge! Our vanities are large. So, you can spread out your toiletries and make yourself at home! We know that when our guests are on vacation, they are going to have wet swimsuits. There are lots of places to hang your suits! The breezes which move through the villa keep it dry and airy, so everything dries comfortably! And you still have plenty of room! Our baths are wonderful for relaxing and easy showering!

- Crystal Sands Villa's bedrooms are equivalent - all face the beach! All have a wonderful patio or balcony! All bedroom suites are equal in size and bath. Each faces the ocean! Each offers incredible comfort! It is rare that a villa has a configuration in which all bedrooms are equal. There are no arguments over who has the best room. Each guest will be in a room with a panoramic view of our beach! The beach is right there...just a few feet away! Accommodates 8 adults max plus children. The bedrooms each have a dressing area which is large enough to keep all your clothing and suitcases out of your way! The villa was designed for divers, who like to keep their gear protected, yet dry. So imagine all the space! Our dressing areas are actually as large as bedrooms themselves! Each has a dresser and lots of open shelving to keep your clothing organized and airy! We offer one of our dressing areas as a nursery for those who want a quiet place for their little ones!
