Cancellation Policy
If you cancel this reservation, a 30-day notice must be given to refund your deposit (less a $50 cancellation fee). If less than a 7-day notice is given, there will be no refund of deposit unless the home is re-rented. * No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests, after home is already occupied.
LONG STAY CANCELATION REQUIRES 60 DAY NOTICE.

Check-in is at 3:00 pm, Check-out is a 10:00 am. Early / late arrivals and check-out may be arranged if schedules permit.
