- This is a great set up for two families. On one end of the house is a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with twin beds separated by a full bath. On the other side of the house is a bedroom with a queen bed. Half of the garage has been converted to a 'bunk house', with a bunk bed, two twin beds as well as one smaller single bed. A double futon in the family room, as well as a day bed in the living room add extra indoor sleeping space.
