A refundable security deposit (as long as no damages or repairs are needed after stay) of $300.00 must be received upon rental agreement receipt and will be refundable 30 days after departure. A 50% Deposit due within 7 days of making reservations in order to hold reservations. Cleaning fee$200.00 USD and is not refundable.
Cancellation policy: Cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival for full refund. If cancel within 60 days, you will only receive a refund if we are able to rebook.
Balance: Due no later than 10 days prior to first rental date. - $350 per night medweek 2 night minimum stay, $400. per night weekend 2 night minimum stay.
