As tempting as it may be, we encourage our guests-for their own safety to observe and enjoy the wildlife from a distance. The Weather: From April through August, most afternoons are pretty and bright with breezes. Mornings and nights are usually cool and sometimes the early morning fog comes in to kiss the grapes. Temperatures can range 30-40 degrees in a 24 hour period. September and October is almost always warm and there is less early morning mist or fog. However, there are exceptions...so don't forget the pullover or wrap. Even in winter, when we get the rains that make this such a lovely place...there are many many break through days with crisp sunshine.
