Security deposit is due 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received prior to 60 days of arrival date, incur no penalty unless booked with a credit card. All credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay received within 60 days of arrival date forfeit the full payment. Changes in lodging within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. Deposits, taxes and payments differ for monthly stays. Rentals of 30 days or longer: 1. incur no tax. 2. Cancellations or shortened stay received within 120 days of arrival date forfeit the full payment.
