Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- There is a $100 security deposit, which can be refunded at 4 weeks, if no damage etc. is found. Please contact owner for rental rates for other times during the year, or for any questions and clarifications. I prefer a phone call as previously mentioned, but if If you need to email me initially, please include a phone number for me to call you back.
