Rental includes use of linens and towels, plus courtesy items such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet tissue, beach badges, beach chairs and umbrella, extra propane, extra refrigerator, large kitchen pantry, dishwashing soap/detergent, cleaning products, FIRST AID kit. - The huge Master BR, on the 2nd floor, has a private covered deck w/ bay and ocean views, a sitting area with couch, a large walk-in closet, and a huge private bath with linen closet (with first aid supplies/towels etc.), tumbled marble floors and walls in the shower. The shower has 2 controls, 2 showerheads, 2 handshowers, multiple body sprays, and 2 sitting areas. It is handicapped accessible as is the entire house! The remaining beds are located on the first floor, except for the ground floor game room w/ queen sleeper leather sofa. The ground floor also has 2 large closets, a rear door that opens to a covered patio and a stone path leading to the beach, and a huge powder room w/ an extra washer/dryer and access to the outside shower. We like to come in from the beach using our stone path, leading to outdoor shower, unlock the door leading into the powder room, throw suits/towels into washer, get fresh towels, and leave sandy shoes in ground floor basket.
