Peak Season:
Requires Saturday to Saturday rental, one week minimum.
Off Season:
Requires 3 night minimum. $150 cleaning fee.
Cancellation policy:
Written notice received 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded any payment made.
After 30 days, deposit will be refunded, full rental payment will be due. Monies received will be forfeited. - Bonus! Bonus! Bonus! I also manage the charming condo next door (sleeps 4-6), the elegant unit next to it (sleeps 4 and the newly remodeled unit at the end that has 2 baths!! Combine the two, three or four and your entire family or traveling group can be 'together', but 'apart'! Sometimes Gram & Gramps might want to retire a little earlier...pooped out after a day of bonding with the grand-kids. Or you have kids but your dearest traveling buddies don't.

Bedroom 2 - 1 double, 2 twin/ single, 1 baby crib, Really unusual bunk bed!
- Bedroom one has a 'lie down' Bay view, a queen bed, ample, mirrored closets, armoir w/TV & more. Step out to the direct bay-view balcony and welcome the morning...or nightcap the night! Bedroom two is just plain fun! Very unusual bunk bed has a twin bed on top, a standard bed in the middle, and a twin trundle, to boot! Four kids in one bed....no problem! That will make for some really special vacation memories! We also provide a Pack 'N' Play for infants. Both bedrooms step out onto the direct-bay-view balcony. Watch for the green flash at sundown! I've seen it twice....how about you? A very comfortable double sofa sleeper in the living room rounds out the sleeping accommodations, and the half bath downstairs makes for convenience and comfort.
