- Upstairs are 2 bathrooms. One of them has the washer/dryer in it. Downstairs there is one bathroom. We have an outdoor hot/cold shower too! Next to our outside hot tub!! We have a Delux Weber grill! We have snorkel gear and boogie boards for your use while here. You can snorkel right out front and it is amazing!! The property is great for kids. We have a tree house and swings!! Ask how we can accomodate up to 20 guests on this amazing property. - Both Bedrooms downstairs have California King size beds. Downstairs sleeps 4 guests. There is one cal king size bed and an attached bathroom in the master bedroom upstairs. The other bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the upstairs living area. Upstairs sleeps 6 guests. We now have AC's in all the bedrooms!! Both up and downstairs master bedrooms have amazing views of the ocean!!
