Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Off season long term rates available upon request September through Last weekend before Memorial day
- The two first weeks in June is a special rate of 1,450.00. Rates are from Saturday to Saturday, except May, Sept.-November. There is more flexibility there. People will be coming the same day others are leaving.
Check in time is 3:00 PM check out time is 11:00 AM. no cancellation fee if we can rent your week out. Weekends in May, Sept and Oct are more available. There is an extra charge for holidays. There is a 100.00 dollar refundable security deposit. We dont charge for cleaning,but ask that you leave it the way you found it. If you would like us to clean it upon your leaving there will be a $100 fee taken from your security deposit. Security deposit will be returned to you within 15 days after your rental, pending rental condition.
Thank you. - SPECIAL RATE May 26- June 1st. This includes Memorial Day. Cost for the 6 nights is 1,150.00. (gone)
SPECIAL RATE June 1-8 and June 8-15 These early summer weeks are only 1,450.00 (7 nights)
SPECIAL RATE September 2-8 6 nights for 1,150.00. This week end in September is the annual apple festival. Many people love to be a part of this fun week end. Dont miss being a part of this if it interests you.
