- Each room is designed to offer the maximum in comfort for our guests. The upper level of the home has the very spacious master suite and 2 additional guest rooms. The Mountain Master Suite has a king sized bed and master bath with jetted tub, separate shower and dual vanities. The 2 upper floor guest rooms (Queen bed, 2 twin beds) share a bathroom with tub/shower combination. The middle-main level of the home has a guest room that has a queen bed, walk out deck overlook the forest. The Lower level of the home has a complete separate with inside access studio guest quarters. There is a queen bed, bath with walk in shower, living room with TV, dining area and utility kitchenette. There is also a futon sofa that lowers into a full-sized bed. All bedrooms are fully equipped with soft linens for your slumber enjoyment.

Come and Play.....: Our location allows for quick access to the Mount Hood National Forest and recreation areas. Our property backs up to several thousand acres of pristine forest preserve. 15 mintues and you are ready to grab a chair lift and ski/board the mountain. Nordic parks are abundant for the xCounty skier.. Summer: Like to hike??? There are many a marked trail and unmarked ones that you may find in when you embark on your own outdoor adventure to the area. Mountain bike your heart out or Hike the waterfalls, tour the wineries, check out the local orchards for fresh fruit in season. More adventure? Try a little wind surfing or kite boarding in Hood River which is famous for it on the beautiful Columbia River. Try your hand at fishing the local waters or simply take in a great dining experience in the the village of Hood River.
What THEY SAY about DaMountain Retreat...: WOW! This quiet mountain home well exceeded our expectations in luxury and enjoyment. Well equipped to hold all 10 of us. We cooked out and spent lots of time walking the trails of the property, not to mention the lovely town of Hood River a short drive away. Would definitely stay here on our future visits to the area. THEY SAY MORE....: _________________WE LOVE DAMOUNTAIN RETREAT!! Access to skiing was fantastic. Our ski trip included many trips to both Mount Hood Meadows and Timberline Lodge. Both resorts offered great runs and we ended up in Hood River for appetizers and a little apres-ski. We loved the bungalow apartment for our parents use! See you next year on DaMountain. The Kimble Family Winter 2009________________________________ Excellent place to stay ;great place to use as BASE CAMP! We skied and the kids snowboarded only 15 mintues away. Loved the Hood River area and also had time to check out Government Camp near TImberline resort. Only here 10 days and can't wait to make our return visit. The drive along the Gorge is wonderful.
