Green Hill House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $2,900 per week.
- A $500 cleaning and security deposit is required with the signed rental contract to hold the reservation. The deposit will be refunded 30 days after the rental period, minus the cleaning fee if necessary, assuming all is in good order.
The full rent is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date, the rent will be refunded only if and when another booking is received for the same period. The cleaning and security deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation. - Guests who wish to rent the house for 2 consecutive weeks will receive a 10% discount for the second week.

The second bedroom is spacious and has west facing sliding glass doors perfect for catching the breeze and the sunset display. The trundle bed can be set up or stored away for more space. The cozy third bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen size bed. The three season porch, also on the first floor, has a twin bed for additional flexibility in sleeping arrangements.
