Rental fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once we receive your payment, we remove your dates from our calendar. If you need to cancel, we will re-list the dates, and use our best efforts to find a new renter. If we are able to rent some or all of your dates to another renter, we will refund to you an amount equal to what we receive from the replacement renters for the dates you originally reserved.
