- All built in one level, this wheelchair friendly 10,000 square foot villa features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, plenty of room for the extended family or even an executive retreat. Five spectacular bedrooms with private bathrooms with two Indoor/Outdoor showers and private patio. Ample walk in closets, individual climate control systems, wood shutters and mosquito screens on all doors. Marble floors and high ceilings. Two of the master bedrooms are complete with King size beds, 600 thread count linens and ocean view, the third, fourth and fifth bedrooms have 2 full size beds each with 100% cotton bed linens, with private terraces and gardens. The Resort’s golf course has 18 holes spread out over 195 acres. It is a championship caliber course designed by Jack Nicklaus. It is a par 72 course. The course features 8 ocean facing holes, and every hole on the course offers an ocean view. Hole #13 runs parallel to a large lagoon surrounded by natural flora and fauna. Also included is an optional par three hole, which will challenge the most avid golfers. The tee is on the mainland and the green is located on a natural island (194 yards) offshore.
