St. Joseph Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 50% deposit to secure your reservation. PayPal, credit card, personal check, or money order.
50% balance with $75 cleaning fee and $300 damage deposit due no less than 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Damage deposit refunded within 7 days of departure subject to any charges for damages, excessive cleaning or late check outs. Cancellation Policy: Reservations are considered final one month prior to check-in and you are responsible for any remaining fees. However, we will do our best to re-book and if we are successful we will return your fees minus 10%. Check-in time is 4PM and check out is 11AM. - We have an additional unit -a studio that sleeps 3 - 4; please contact for details.
