- CASA 'Lucky Monkey Property' is located just a short 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the beach or center of town in Tamarindo. The bathrooms are spacious, all tile with glass partitions and granite counter tops. The matrimonial suiet on the third level of Lucky Monkey 2 has a sshower and jacuzzi tub. Everything is very well stocked and constructed. There are also walk in closets off of some bath rooms and a stack washer dryer off the bathroom in the Master suiet or the third level of Lucky Monkey 1. LMI has a half bath below the stairs on the ground level and a bathroom in the bedroom located on the ground level. On the second level every bedroom has it's own bath. The master suite on the third level has a huge bathroom that can be accessed by the main room or the master bedroom. Lucky Monkey 2 has a half bath below the stairs, a full bath in the convertible bedroom on the first level, two full bath rooms on the second level to be shared by three rooms.

- All of the rooms in (LM1) and the master suite have king size beds (5 including the master suite/ which also has a standard pullout couch), plus their is a standard pull out in the largest room on the second floor along with the king size bed (good for parents that want to keep their children in the same room or family members who don't mind sharing). (LM1) also has a private covered secured garage that fits three cars with a remote control metal door that can also be seen in the 1st photo. Every level has a huge balcony/deck, the biggest one on the first level above the garage. (LM1) s approx. 4,200 square feet.
