Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- An additional charge of $25.00 per person per day for each guest over four (4) will be assessed. A maximum of ten(10) total guests allowed with previous approval. An additional deposit of $100 is required for pet owners.
A three night stay (or payment of 3 nights) is required for holiday weekends.
