Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates include tax and all applicable fees. The cleaning fee is $100.00 for your stay. *** 50% Deposit is required to hold your reservation*** This can be paid by PayPal or credit card. This deposit 100% refundable up to 14 days prior to your arrival. After that time it is NON-refundable. Please contact us for holiday rates.
- Security Deposit is required for your stay. You must have a current driver licenses and credit card not a debit card but an actual credit card. This along with your balance due of the additional 50% will be required upon check in.
NO-Smoking is allowed at anytime in the home. Smoking is allowed on the outside of the home please. No-Pets are allowed in this vacation rental townhome.

Bellmonte: Belmonte is an all newer home area built by enterprise homes in the 2000. Lots of National Forest around this area. 1/4 mile down the paved road it turns into a primative road that is graded National Forest. Great for morning jogs, walking the dogs, Just taking a nice hike in the forest. Pilot is right at the corner not even a half mile down the hill. It has Mc Donalds and Subway right inside, along with small pick up items for the home or the kids. This home is former model and it looks like a model home, The furnishing are very nice and it shows like a doll house.
