Condado Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $100- $125 per night
- A 25% booking deposit is required to secure a reservation.The amount of this deposit will be applied to the total balance due for the entire stay. A one time cleaning fee of $70.00 is also required.
There is a 5-night minimum stay for this condo. Payment for a 5-night stay will be required, whether you stay the full 5 nights or not.
Full payment along with a signed copy of the rental agreement will be due 30 days prior to your stay. In addition, there is a $200.00 security deposit, that may be refunded.
Payments are made through personal checks. Guests who would like to pay through PayPal must add 10% to the cost of the stay. - High Season: Nov. 15th to May 15th
$125.00 / night $800.00/ week
Low Season: May 16th to Nov. 14th
$110.00/ night $700/week
A 5 night minimum stay is required
25% non-refundable booking deposit required to secure reservation.
One-time cleaning fee of $70.00
