Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are based on 3 night minimum stays
- All stays subject to 10% occupancy fee, Weekly rental with Friday arrival, $160 cleaning fee.
- Pets negotiated, Does not apply to Holiday Weeks or 3 day weekends. No smoking, Call for 4 bed/4 bath discounted rates, Discounts for longer stays. A valid Credit Card secures the stay until final payment is received and will be used to guarantee against damage or excess cleaning. Payment is requested with US dollar Checks or Wire Transfer. Credit card payment can be made and is subject to loss of the included 6% discount.
Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is received 45 days or more before arrival date, deposits are returned less a $125/night handling fee. The handling fee of $125/night fee can be applied to a 3 day rebook for 1 year. If the cancellation is less than 45 days before and we are unable to re-book the property, you will receive a midweek (Sunday thru Thursday, holiday weeks excluded), less a $200 administration fee. The re-stay credit is transferable to family members and is good for a year after the original If we do rebook the deposit is refunded less the $200 admi
