Shanty Creek Resort - 4 Seasons!: Golf, Ski, watch the colors change, see Spring arrive - all from this perfectly located condo in Summit Village. The resort boasts 4 championship golf courses, 46 ski runs, a tubing park, 30 kilometers of cross-country trails, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and fitness center, several on-site restaurants and entertainment. Shanty has been rated a a Gold Medal ski resort and one of the top 4 ski resorts in the Midwest by Ski Magazine. This is a very family friendly place with something for everyone. This condo also comes with a private beach club on Lake Bellaire.
Bellaire: The town of Bellaire is only minutes away for additional restaurants, grocery store, banks, micro brewery, theatre, movie rental and shopping. In addition, you are only a short drive to some of the most beautiful lakes and rivers in northern Michigan. Riverside marina rents boats and makes for a wonderful way to experience the Chain of Lakes.
Outside the resort: If you find time to go exploring, you are only 30-40 minutes from Charlevoix, Petoskey and Traverse City. Shop, go to the casinos, fish, boat on beautiful Torch Lake, sail in the Bay, go to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Bellaire has wonderful restaurants, quaint shopping and you'll find a grocery store and some speciality food shops to stock up your condo and cook a great meal.
