- Our rooms are very clean and bigger than usual in Spain. Everywhere we have air conditioning and central heating. We have only big beds, minimum double bed, mostly queen sized beds. All our beds are hypoallergenic. All rooms are light and have minimum one two windows, most have a mini safe and are quiet. Every year we get the antiallergical certification for clean rooms. All rooms are equipped with linens, bedsheets, bedspread, pillow and two towels per week per person. We have a professional cleaning team staff and a house manager, who controls and repairs everything daily in the houses which we rent. All the team is supervised by the landlord, Mr. Willy Christian. You are welcome in our individual and very privileged villa near the beach in Palma de Mallorca !!!

A very privileged location near the beach : You can rent this very clean and beautiful, modern villa with it's conveniences for free, such as private pool, BBQ-grill, a kitchen outside and poolbar, 300 m2 terraces, kitchen, living room etc. Calm convenient villa with seven bedrooms, situated in the middle of the residential areas 'Sometimes' and 'Las Maravillas' on 'Ballermann 10' in the 4. sealine, only four minutes to the 6 km long sand beach of the famous 'Playa de Palma'. 75 qm large living room with Penthouse-character (large window front on three sides), open fire-place and a place to dinner for six persons. In the complete and modern arranged kitchen are a dining table for five persons, two large refrigerators, a freezer and a pantry. We have seven sleeping rooms and four bathrooms. You will enjoy this house very much.

Near airport and capital city Palma de Mallorca: Map from airport to the Villa: 1. You drive out of the parking garage at the airport and follow the lane. 2. Choose at once the left trace, under the underpass through and drive to direction Palma. 3. At the next exit road you go left to Platja de Palma. 4. Follow the motorway until exit # 10, Platja de Palma and Manacor and drive off there. 5. In the roundabout you choose the first gateway, direction Platja de Palma and Can Pastilla. 6. In the following roundabout, you choose the third gateway S' Arenal. 7. After approx. 300 m you see a long and based shopping mall La Ribera on the left side. Here is the big supermarket Eroski-Center. Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 - 21 h. 8. Continue along this street. On the left side you pass the police and fire department. 9. Bend left into the road C/ Arenas de Bilbao and go at the corner on the left 400 m up to house number 32-A on the left side. Welcome in our small paradise! There are 5 golf courses nearby, 22 in total.
