- This is a one-bedroom unit. The bedroom has a King sized bed, and a 'futon-like' couch which sleeps one person. In addition to the sleeping accommodations in the bedroom, the 'living room' has a King Murphy bed (actually a double twin), and a sofa which can sleep one person. Although the unit can sleep six, condominiums regulations limit occupancy to five. This additional capacity, however, allows increased flexibility in sleeping arrangements
