Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $200/night .. $1,295/week .. $4,500/month - 3 night minimum
1 week minimum over Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years holiday periods
$250 refundable reservation/security deposit due at booking
(non-refundable if canceled within 45 days of rental)
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
7% State Accommodations Tax (not required for stays greater than 30 days)
$150 cleaning fee for stays less than 30 days($200.00 for parties of 10 or more)
Security deposit refunded within 15 days of departure less damages
