Our unit is a roomy, 1400 square feet, with another 200 square feet of balcony, all on one level. We've decorated it 'casual beachy'. The 3 bedrooms: a double pillow-top King bed in the master bedroom, a pillow-top Queen in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom. There is plenty of closet space; a large double-sink master bathroom, and a washer/dryer in the unit. Both the living room and dining room are tiled; and the kitchen is fully-equipped - all the way down to spices. Our home is on the second floor, easily accessed by elevator or the stairs.

We think of New Smyrna Beach as 'old Florida'. In fact, readers of Orlando Sentinal newspaper voted New Smyrna Beach as the best beach in Florida! We know you will love this home as much as we do.
