Green Lake Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Check or money order payment accepted. Mail rental contract and 50% rental payment with security and 7% state tax to owner to confirm reservation. $300 security deposit and 7% tax is required with reservation payment. Total due is $1098 with reservation, remaining $700 due on arrival. Initial payment must be received a minimum of 2 weeks prior to reservation. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of security deposit. Week is Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 3PM, check out time is 10AM. NO RESERVATION OR IMPLIED RESERVATION IS GUARANTEED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.
