- Monthly and Long term rentals do not include utilities. No pets allowed anytime.
In the event you are forced to cancel, we will make every effort to re-book your time period for a 10% service charge. However, no deposits or money paid will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. We may be able to reschedule your visit to another time slot in the future. Refund arrangements can made thirty days prior to check in only. For peace of mind, we recommend trip cancellation insurance available through your travel agent or online.
