- Cleaning fee will be waived for stays of 5 days or more. Pool heat is optional (but recommended).
- An optional fee for pool heat of $35/night will be added to the above rates. A 3% processing fee will be charged for all credit card and PayPal transactions. Money orders are also accepted by mail. No personal checks.
- A refundable security deposit of $300/week is required for all bookings. Arrangements to refund your security deposit will be made 3 - 5 days after the end of your stay. It will be returned to you within 30 days of your stay.

Emerald Island Community: Emerald Island Resort is very close to Walt Disney World. From our Disney Vacation Home, you can be at the Disney World gates in just a short 5-7 minute drive and in the Walt Disney World parks in 10-15 minutes (depending on park). Much quicker, in most instances, than taking the internal WDW transportation. You want location - This Emerald Island Resort Disney Vacation home has it!
