- Cleaning fee will be waived for stays of 5 days or more. Pool heat is optional (but recommended).
- An optional fee for pool heat of $35/night will be added to the above rates. A 3% processing fee will be charged for all credit card PayPal transactions. Money orders are also accepted by mail. No personal checks.
- A refundable security deposit of $500/week is required for all bookings. Arrangements to refund your security deposit will be made 3 - 5 days after the end of your stay. It will be returned to you within 15 days of your stay.
