Ponte Vedra Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Guests can reduce the $225 cleaning fee by agreeing to do a few cleaning items before check out!
- Minimum $500 reservation/damage deposit required on all reservations of one week or less. Reservation deposit is refunded within two week after check out, assuming no damage to the property, abuse, or excessive cleaning is required. Cleaning fee for all rentals is $175 or $225 depending on which cleaning option is chosen by the guest. Guests can do minor cleaning items listed on the rental agreement and save $50 off of the cleaning fee.
10% tax applies to all rents and fees (refundable deposits excluded)
There may be a $500 up-charge for all major US holidays (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years)

- There are two full bathrooms upstairs and two full bathrooms downstairs. Every bathroom has a supply of hand towels, wash rags, and soft bath towels. There is a starter set of soaps in each bathroom along with toilet tissue. There are also beach towels provided. There is a full sized laundry room for use during your stay.

- The oceanfront master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and features a king bed with plush bedding, deck access, and a large bathroom with a deep garden tub and walk in shower. The second bedroom is also located on the 2nd floor and is perfect for children. It has a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, TV, and an activity table (this room sleeps 3 kids comfortably). The 2nd floor also has an open living room that overlooks the Atlantic, fully furnished kitchen, and a second full bathroom. Downstairs you'll find the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a custom built, twin-over-twin bunk bed, queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The two bunk rooms also have DVD players.
