Also located on the ground floor is the fully equipped laundry room - washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Also accessed from the gallery landing is the TV room/living area, it has French doors onto the balcony offering panoramic views of the golf course, with custom made soft furnishings, wet bar, and a 42' LCD TV DVD/CD with 5.0 surround sound.
