Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Bookings are held for 3 working days until receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $100 for each week. A security deposit of $250 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. - Our villa is located in the Luxury Calabay Parc Sub Division, which is a few minutes drive from the famous highway 192 and 10 to 15 minutes from Disney theme parks, 20 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios and 45 minutes from Busch Gardens using the interstate highway I4, which is only minutes drive away.
