- $75 reservation fee. Additional fee of $40/day or $250/week to heat pool.
- For Summer 2013 guests, we will be providing a full linen package for our guests (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats).
We also stock the house with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. We've rented vacation homes before, and there is nothing worse than travelling all day, arriving at a place and finding no toilet paper. - We believe our rates are extremely competitive with those of similar OIB properties. I have done a lot of homework on what similar houses rent for, and I don't think there is a better value out there. I think this is especially true if your party has multiple families, when you consider our proximity to the beach, 4 king bedrooms, flat screen TVs in every room, and heated private pool.

- The top floor master bathroom has a tiled shower and separate bath tub. It also has a double vanity and a walk-in closet. A private, heated double outdoor shower with changing area is located just outside of the pool area. We find this is convenient for rinsing off after returning from the beach and showering after a dip in the pool. The elevated flooring is made of poly-wood, so no splinters.
