In the event that you need to cancel your booking we will make every effort to rent your dates to someone else. If we are successful we are happy to provide a full refund to you. If, however we are unable to rent your dates then the following applies:
You may cancel your booking up until six days prior to Rental Period. In the event that you exercise your right to cancel, the following cancellation policy/penalty rates of the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on booking confirmation) apply:
- Up to 30 Days prior to arrival, $50 administration fee plus tax
- Between 29 and 14 days prior to arrival, 50%
- Between 13 and 7 days prior to arrival, 75%.
- Between 6 to arrival, 100%.
Your $200 security fee is refunded in full at anytime during this period. - We accept Checks/Major Credit Cards. Credit Card payments require a 3% processing fee.$200 deposit/security due at time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. $200 Security deposit fully refunded within 48 hours of satisfactory checkout. Price based on availability and is subject to change without notice. Additional fees may apply. Check in 4:00 pm date of arrival, check-out 10:00 pm date of departure.
