If cancellation is made less than 30 days, but more than 15 days prior to the ARRIVAL date, the penalty will be the sum of the Cancellation Fee plus one half of the Rental Fee. If cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to the ARRIVAL date, only the security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded.
