Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $100 deposit until April 1. After that normal deposit rates apply.
- $500 deposit is due to hold the property for the renter. 50% is due 4 weeks before rental, 50% is due 2 weeks before rental. Rental fees plus deposit is due no later than 2 weeks before the check in date. If full payment is not made the house will be made available to other renters until full payment is made. Deposit will be refunded within 1 week to renter(s) less any damage or excessive cleaning fees.
Cancelation: If a cancelation is requested 2 weeks or earlier than the check in date by the renter and the property cannot be rented the renter will forfeit the deposit. If a cancelation is requested within 2 weeks of the check in date by the renter and the property cannot be rented the renter will forfeit 50% of the rental fees. If the property can be rented the deposit will be refunded less a $50 fee. Any mid-rental cancelations will not recieve a refund of any rental fees. - -$50 if you would like to bring your own linens and towels. Blankets and comforters will still be provided.
$100 additional cleaning fee if you would like to bring pets. Few exceptions may be made, please inquire. We would prefer no more than 1 large or 2 small dogs. The yard is not fenced in and all pets must be on a leash outside. Pets 'tied up' outside will not be allowed.

Silver Lake House Details
Quite Hours: As neighbours are close and families have young children we will ask that all guests respect quiet hours. Quiet hours will begin at 10:00 pm and end at sunrise. Please feel to have guests over to grille and enjoy the deck. Although the house yeilds itself for larger gatherings, parties will not be tolerated.
