Silver Lake House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• $500 deposit is due to hold the property for the renter. Half of the rental fee is due 4 weeks before rental begins. The remaining half is due 2 weeks before the rental begins. Full Rental fee plus deposit is due no later than 2 weeks before the check in date. If full payment is not made the house will be made available to other renters until full payment is made. Deposit will be refunded within 1 week to renter(s) less any damage or excessive cleaning fees.
  
  Cancelation: If a cancelation is requested before 2 weeks of the check in date by the renter and the property cannot be rented the renter will forfeit the deposit. If a cancelation is requested within 2 weeks before the check in date by the renter and the property cannot be rented the renter will forfeit 100% of the rental fees, the deposit will be returned. In either case if the property can be rented, the deposit will be refunded less a $50 fee. Any mid-rental cancelations will not recieve a refund of any rental fees.
• Please no more than 8 Adults at one time and 10 people MAX(including childern) staying in the house. If these terms are exceeded there will be a $25 fee per person per day.
  
  A $50 credit will be offered if you would like to bring your own linens and towels. Blankets and comforters will still be provided.
  
  If Credit Card processing is requested we charge an additional 3% (that is what we are charged by the credit card company).
