Bend Bungalow Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Holiday Rates Apply to Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's ($129 per night, $690 per week)
There is a $50 cleaning fee per stay, and we require a refundable $200 deposit.
Pets welcome with additional $10/night.
A 10% Oregon Lodging Tax applies to all stays under 30 days.
Monthly stays are based on weekly rates but may be discounted, please inquire.
Fully Licensed by the City of Bend - All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee
* Cancellations made prior to 30 days of occupancy will receive a full refund minus cancellation fee
* Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice may receive a refund minus cancellation fee, dependent on re-rental of dates
* Month long stays require 2 months notice for full refund minus cancellation fee
