Davenport Private Home Summary
New for 2006 A brand new executive villa which has recently been furnished to a very high standard. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom executive home which sleeps up to 8 people and is situated within the gated Westhaven community. This has the benefit of a communal swimming pool, tennis courts and a children?s play area.
Set on one level it is air conditioned throughout. It has a living and dining area and the benefit of a family room with cable T.V. The villa contains all the equipment you could possibly need to make your stay extremely comfortable. The utility area contains a large washing machine and tumble dryer.
The principle bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with twin washbasins, bath, shower and WC.
The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and share a separate bathroom.
There is a garden to the front of the property and at the rear is a heated private pool which has a covered Lanai. The patio area is perfect for al-fresco dining and has the benefit of a ceiling fan and light.
Westhaven is in a great location and is only 15 minutes away from Disney Maingate, 20 minutes to Sea World, 30 minutes to Universal Studios and 60 minutes to Kennedy Space Centre and Busch gardens.
The airports are easily accessible ? 30 minutes to Orlando International and 45 minutes to Sanford.
If golf is your sport then this will be perfect for you as Orlando has an abundance of top class courses designed by some of the all time greats. We are less than 5 minutes away from a Greg Norman course which is situated at Champions Gate.
