Aventura Condo Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Annual Rental:
  *Yearly 2775 per mo
  *Application and credit required for annual leasing. Credit report fee 35.
  First month rent plus two month rental rental equivalent security deposit required
  for annual lease.
• Policy:
  Security deposit of 1000 is required upon signing of the lease. Refundable on
  cancellation providing 45 day notice. After 45 days, only if new rental is obtained,
  less 15% service charge.
  Security deposit will be returned upon completion of the lease in accordance with
  terms set forth in the lease. Full rent plus any applicable charges, fees, or
  deposits are to be paid 30 days prior to move in date.
  Credit cards are not accepted.
  130 cleaning fee to be deducted from security deposit upon departure.
  50 for lock change required for lost keys or keys or gate pass not returned.
  No pets.
  No smoking in or about the premises. No smoking anywhere indoors.
  Rates are subject to change without notice.
